When I wanted to return the broken car after selling it to me, I was met with a rude attitude as if it was not our problem, we can take it home. Instead of admitting their mistake, they want to waste time and try to force me to sell the broken car. They did not allow me to take a test drive, even though I took it back immediately, they do not want to accept it and they talk to me as if they are making fun of me and say it is not their problem. Even though I called 11 times, their customer service does not answer. Do not trust this company. They all lie.

Very pleasant group of people especially Mia and Oliver. As a first time car buyer I found it stress free as all my concerns were addressed and sound advice was given. I knew exactly what I wanted but they assisted with making sure that everything was covered for peace of mind. Amazing service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | Great Service, Just a Bit of a Wait I recently purchased a car from V12 Sports and Classics and had a great experience overall. I had already chosen the car before arriving, and Oliver was friendly, helpful, and professional in helping me secure it in practice. He made the process clear and easy to follow, which I really appreciated. Naomi handled the handover and was just as lovely—very supportive and friendly throughout the final steps. Her warm approach really helped make the experience smoother. The only reason I’ve rated this 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the time it took to complete everything—around 2 to 3 hours—mainly due to waiting on third parties. That said, I’m happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend V12 to others.
