It has been a pleasure to coordinate with Ali Tilah regarding my travels. He is very enthusiastic, committed and trustworthy to his work and customers. Ali has a very good customer services skills including communication. I have been booking with Ali for such a long time and he is always on his word! He can do any alternatives, amendments to the booking as required and it’s necessary for my travel even if I’m abroad.
