I’ve been trading on IG for the past five years and I’ve been really happy with the service. I’ve had to ask for help a few times, and it’s always been there for me. They’re always so helpful, professional, and friendly. It’s clear that they care about their customers and do a great job.

Here is my humble review of IG Trading platform. I'm trading for over a decade and I've tried throughout a few others platforms. I started with IG bout 5 years ago and I'm very satisfied. It's definitely on top of the other platform I've used. I consider that they are very focused on us they are trying to help us as much possible to have winning trades, they are providing a lot of information. Every time I trade with them I feel like home I feel like spending time with my family, I really love them. I'm IG forever. Next time when I will get very drunk I might tattoo myself with an IG forever. :)

Very easy to use platform. I'm writing now with regards to my use of the Chat feature to explore a potential investment outside of the standard exchanges, and the customer service experienced. First, I connected with someone immediately after answering a few short chatbot questions. IG staff took time to review my interest and although in this instance the request couldn't be fulfilled, I did think that I was given appropriate support and that the IG staff member cared about fully answering the question raised. I've been with IG for a number of years and am happy to continue to use them.
