Horrendous light pollution from these offices!! It is absolutely disgraceful that residents (of which I am one) at the back of their building have to suffer like this. Virtually all lights are left on in offices that are completely empty and not in use. The photo is from midnight!! TURN THE LIGHTS OFF What a JOKE that they advertise as being carbon neutral when all the lights are left on all night!!!!! A complaint will go to Camden council unless you turn the lights off at night. There's never anyone using these offices overnight and if anyone does there MUST be blinds fitted to reduce the shear volume of light pollution being emitted to residents at the rear of the building. Admin Staff : what account are you referring to? I'm a resident complaining about your offices in Kings Cross. TURN THE LIGHTS OFF AT NIGHT!!! SIMPLE...

We went to HQ today as my wife had an English exam. The reception team were absolutley first class. So professional and friendly and one lady in particular was so good, her name was Victoria I think. We had our 3 month old and 22 month old boys with us and she allowed us to feed our baby and was so so helpful with our other son. She is an absolute credit to the business and we can't thank her enough for her kindness! Outstanding!

I had a wonderful experience at Trinity College London! The reception team was warm and welcoming, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. Special thanks to Eric Saria and Gilberto Mejla—both were incredibly professional, kind, and supportive throughout my exam day. Their positive attitude and helpfulness made a big difference. Highly recommended!
