I recently chose Genesis gold Group for an 401k rollover, the overall experience was good except they would not share purchase pricing for their products. After waiting 4 months for the transaction to complete (contract says 28 days) I was saddened to see that due to the exorbitant fees I lost 21000.00. I have removed them from access to my trust account and would warn anyone wanting to do business with these people that any investment you make will cost you one third of your investment. I will be discussing this loss with the attorney general in my state in short order due to the non disclosure. They are far from being faith based as advertised. After your initial investment they hound you to buy more before your first transaction is completed so you cannot see the fees that are charged. You can set up your own trust fund and pay true market price on your own without going through the loss. Lesson learned, never trust anyone from California!
