One of our best holidays ever. Since we retired in 2017 we have been all over the world with many organised packages / tours but this has to be one of the best. We had 13 days in Kerela and added on the 5 day package with the Golden Triangle and it could not have gone better. From the beginning ALL our emails were answered very quickly and nothing was too much trouble. When we landed in Delhi our driver was waiting for us (even though it was gone 3am and we had been "stuck" at border force for almost 3 hours) and took us straight to our hotel. We had the same driver for the 5 days in the North which was a really nice touch (just picking up different guides each day) right up until he took us back to the airport for our internal flight to Southern India. When we landed in Banglore our new driver was waiting for us and he stayed with us for the next 13 days. The whole holiday couldn't have gone better, the organisation was amazing and we felt like we had been treated like royalty... it was amazing. In the 18 days we were out in India we had just ONE issue, when the staff at our final hotel tried to tell us we did not have a late checkout (we weren't flying until 10pm) and told us we would have to vacate our room by 11am. We sent a Wattsapp message to our contact in India (given to us before we even left the UK) and they answered our message straight away, and within 2 hours we were told we had our room until our driver arrived to take us back to the airport - amazing service. We cannot recommend Flights and Packages enough and will not hesitate to book with them again.

One of the worst companies I've dealt with. They're great until they've got your money and the sign of a slight issue and expect to be ignored. We went with them as they had a good deal on a Cruise to the med. They booked us flights out with Jet2 and back with Vuwling (new Spanish flight operator). The issue arose when we asked if we would have the same luggage/baggage on both outbound and inbound flights (why would anyone want anything different?!) we were told by Grace that it was the same and she confirmed this by email, so we went away happy that the trip should go without hiccup. No issues with Jet2 and their service was great. On the return flight with Vuwling everything went wrong. They would not let us take the hand luggage onboard without paying £155 for 2 bags. They specified that these had not been paid for. Considering we arranged everything through Flights and Packages and had it confirmed, this should not have been an issue. Upon our return we made contact with Flights and Packages for them to reimburse us the money and they have since ignored all emails to them. Shame really as my family has a tendency to go on a number of holidays and cruises and we wouldn't use them again. Stay well away.

The only positive was the Hotel quality with our 3 centre stay, the issues arose when I tried to contact flights and packages, ignored and lied to. We had trian transfers included in the package, but no train times or station details given, despite multiple attempts made for information. In summary, avoid this company, we were lucky, as we managed ourselves but other customers were not the same , following readings the reviews
