One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Pay was never right, one member of staff left because they hadn't been paid at all, even my final pay wasn't right but I can't be bothered to sort it. The greedyness will backfire ..... They expect you to stick the dirty toilet rags from the site you do in your washing machine ...Management is greedy and unfair, I was cleaning a site that should have at least two or 3 staff in a night, by myself for 2 weeks, for minimum wage, and not even a thank you and no consideration by management for my safety, as I was keyholding as well. I kept getting told they can't get the right staff, only when I handed in my notice all of a sudden 2 new staff appeared. Just shows. They are reluctant to pay holiday pay. I wouldn't recommend at all. Total clown show.

The staff are not helpful or approachable. Have tried getting in touch with the company but poor lines of communication- keep getting past on and put on hold. Cleaners arriving at properties without identification to show. When neighbours ask them where they're from they get very hostile. Breaking down doors in shared entrances without asking permission of other home-owners who it belongs to. Would not recommend at all.
