Excellent job! They showed up on time with three workers and did a very thorough deep cleaning. The estimate of the time it would take to clean our home was on point and I feel like the price was worth the quality of the work. They even organized my children’s toys and items on surfaces and countertops which was above and beyond.

Gaby arrived a bit early and was prepared to work. She was not afraid of my two dogs (which were kenneled ). Everything thing the company website said would be done was done. She cleaned everything, she was neat and efficient going above and beyond my expectations. I'm a ongoing customer moving forward. Thanks

I booked with this company and was really hoping to like it and continue service w them based on the good reviews. However, I was dissatisfied with my experience. I had a scheduled three hour ‘deep’ cleaning for 8:00am and was informed the day of that they could not come until 10 which was already off putting. Then the cleaners got ‘done’ in a hour and when I questioned it the cleaning lady informed me that since there was two people cleaning it would not be a 3 hour service and they were only allowed/expected to stay for 1.5 hours. I would also like to note that before booking I called and asked the company that if the 3 hours was not used up if the cleaners can do other stuff (I.e organizing, better cleaning other areas, etc) and they told me just yeah if time is not used up you can ask the cleaners to do stuff that you would like them to do. When the cleaners were done within a hour I took a look and notice that in my closet certain areas were not vacuumed or mopped (because there was still pieces of jewelry under the floor and shoes were not moved at all) so I picked the jewelry and asked if she could take another swipe of the closet specifically showing her the area and she just vacuumed the area a little (not even mop) where I had picked up the items. This took about 5 minutes if that alms it was obvious that they did not want to/ had no intentions of sticking around and it was also very hard to communicate what else I needed or wanted. So I informed the company that I wasn’t really satisfied - don’t get me wrong the apartment was decently cleaned but definitely not DEEP cleaning (even saw the other day areas like sink edge/under was still not cleaned and untouched, door frames not cleaned well etc). And they told me don’t pay yet they would speak to their supervisor and get back to me. They got back to me and I was dissatisfied with the resolution as well which was just a discount of 10$ and a 10% discount on next cleaning (which would also be just about 10$). Found that really weird because the likelihood of me ever booking with them especially for a deep cleaning is extremely slim (nonexistent acc). So I decided just go ahead and pay it and be done and just leave a review for future people looking for a deep cleaning service. But again if you want a regular clean I’d say go ahead and book them but def not for a deep clean and do not expect them to work for the paid time. **added I don’t know why I’m unable to reply to your comment. But I originally planned to schedule for Friday and after that wasn’t available you told me Saturday at 8am was and I had to call back AFTER I ensure I could place it in my schedule. After the clean, you told me you tried it to call the cleaner with no response and that you would keep calling or that you can let your supervisor know on Monday so I opted for letting your supervisor know because I don’t have all day waiting on a clean that was supposed to be started two hours prior. And I asked you if there is another option because why would I rebook with a company that didn’t meet expectations the first time. I’m not a fan of throwing away money. And please stop with the ‘hanging up’ thing - the conversation was over after you said the only thing you all can offer is a discount and taxes off. What more can I say than ok? What else did you want to talk about??
