I've ordered from this company twice. The first time the necklace I ordered had imperfections but for the low price I paid I didn't think it was a big deal. I received my second order today of 3 necklaces and after wearing one of them for most of the day it broke. I'm very disappointed and will not be ordering from this company again.

I will update this review when and IF i receive my package, however i will admit i'm a bit frustrated with this company. i wish this review was about their products. unfortunately, its not. I'm a teen, and I see constant advertisements geared towards my age group on social media. (side note this is such a pyramid scheme with the promo code thing so they can get free advertising) The jewelry is super cute and it's very cheap while claiming to be waterproof and long lasting. Seems to good to be true--and i guess it is. I ordered around 30 sum $ of jewelry, which was 6 necklaces because of the big sale they were having. They claim 3-5 day shipping, but they take weeks to ship. (i ordered for prom but im typing this at the 5 AM after party with a UNADORNED neck) I did get a confirmation email upon ordering, unlike many of these reviews, but four or so days after they shipped my package they claimed it had been delivered. huh? This was written across every tracking site i was given access to. On Shop, on their website, on the carriers website. but where is my package? NOT at my door. so i text the number provided and they actually get back to me fairly quickly saying that there was "actually!" an issue during delivery and they sent the package back to the carrier. whoopsie! almost got away with lying to me! after that they changed the status of my package back to shipped instead of delivered on SOME of the sites. no where does it tell me an expected delivery date except for a lengthy yet hesitant text message i received from their hotline that claims they will "try" again tomorrow despite the fact that I CAN SEE that it is STILL IN PHILLY which is a ways away from me to say the least. so now tomorrow is upon us... i will be back with more....

After two different people recommended Evry Jewels, I decided to give them a try. I took advantage of their 2024 Black Friday sale and I placed two orders. Luckily I took screenshots of my orders because I never received email confirmation. They are a Canadian company, so the Canada Post strike upset order fulfillment, which I completely understand. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my items in time for Christmas, especially since I never received shipping confirmation or tracking information. Both orders were broken into two separate shipments each, also unexpected since there was zero communication. If I were reviewing the items I received, I would give them 4 stars. I am rather pleased with them, especially since each piece was only $3.99. I purchased the one-year warranty since most of the items I purchased were gifts. Unfortunately, 2 of the items I received were defective. I immediately contacted Evry Jewels via their website, and have made two more attempts to contact them. Other than an email confirming receipt of my second inquiry and a promise to follow-up within 48-72 business hours, I have received no other communication. I am so disappointed. I hope to either receive a direct communication or my replacement items soon. Given my experience with Evry Jewels, I doubt I will order from them again.
