This is some text inside of a div block.
Every Plate was great years ago. I would occasionally get some bad produce or missing item here and there, but it was very easy to report and get some credit towards the next box. Started it up again recently, and the last 2 boxes had damaged items due to the way they packed the boxes. Frozen packs were placed on top of the food, busting open sauce pouches, squashing tomatoes. It was impossible to report the issue to anyone. I was transferred to a page where I was “waiting for a live agent” and no one ever showed up. I couldn’t leave a message for anyone to contact me later either. They really went downhill

I used to order from this company a lot, but stopped when the produce arrived with mold, some smashed and mangled and some completely missing. I thought I'd give it another chance, but none of the meals looked any good, so I skipped that week, hopping the following week would be better. I was then charged five times for the week I had skipped. This also caused my account to overdraft and was charged several overdraft fees due to all the times I was charged for that week that I had skipped. Not only did I never get any of that money back, but there was also no delivery of that week I had skipped, but had paid for multiple times.

Awful experience. Ingredients all mixed out for 4 recipes, instructions missing. It’s quite a surprise, considering it’s a company owned by HelloFresh, that it’s such low quality.
