Just got off the NCL Epic and just like on any ship, the heart of it is your store. Yes, you make absolutely beautiful things but this post is about the staff that you employ. On my Voyage I had the pleasure of meeting the following people Sanju Soni, Taha Al Hasani, Ajay Solanki, Buru Khati, Alex Tuba and Jutin Dharamveer. Every time I travel on one of the ships where Effy is located, I gravitate to the store and get to know the staff. Like every woman I try on a few things and have a little fun. On several of the ships, I actually model every night and wear jewelry pieces to dinner and to the theater and return was several women wanting to know if they can own what I’m wearing. It doesn’t seem to matter what ship I’m on. I am always treated with the same dignity and respect whether I purchase anything or not. They always make you feel like I am part of the family and part of their crew. I have been fortunate that just about every trip. I do purchase jewelry and I get to take a little piece of them with me. To me, they’re just as amazing as the piece of jewelry I’m wearing. Thank you for taking the time to pick not only the most beautiful gems to for us to wear but for picking most beautiful gems to sell your jewelry. See you again Effy jewelry on my next cruise. P.S. I’m the one with the cane. ❤️

Purchased a sapphire and diamond ring for my wife. Less than two months later a gemstone fell out and was lost. Effy refused to replace it. A jeweler inspected the ring and said it was due to poor craftsmanship.

We bought a diamond tennis necklace from Ana/Andre for $17,000 onboard the Norwegian Breakaway that the associates claimed were natural diamonds. We did not receive a receipt to verify our purchase at the the time of purchase. When we picked up the receipt readied 2 days later at the time of disembarkment, the receipt indicated that they were lab grown diamonds. Once at home the next day I contacted customer service by email and received a terse reply that the receipt indicated “lab grown diamonds” and to send the diamond necklace back if desired. Initially the price of the necklace was listed at $22,000. Andre said since the diamonds were natural diamonds he had much more room for negotiation. There was no attempt to decrease the price of the necklace which was 50-85% overpriced. Their website states that every customer is treated like family but experience made me feel like a red headed stepchild. I will send the necklace back and NEVER do business with them again! UPDATE "A FEW IMPORTANT DETAILS: WOW! Typical corporate response in taking no responsibility for the problems with this transaction. Obviously, if Effy was committed to transparency I would have received a receipt at the time of purchase and not 2 days later the night before the end of the cruise. Andrea, that is an OUTRIGHT FALSEHOOD. Andre and Ana submitted to me that they were natural diamonds and repeatedly told me that they were natural diamonds. I’m returning the necklace waiting for a full refund.
