This is some text inside of a div block.
Was previously with E gas and electricity, overall was a good service unitl this time last year. When I was told by the staff if I was going to change old traditional meters to a smart meter I would possibly be charged £600 to do so. So now with a different energy supplier.

I had an appointment today between 1pm and 5pm (for a smart meter) they sent me a letter 2 weeks ago saying that if no one is home I risk paying £90, I took the day off for them but I haven't received a phone call, text or email confirming that they won't be there today. I'm sorry my wife signed a contract with them.

An agent from E gas and Electricity knocked at our door yesterday. It was unclear why he was here. He didn't clearly said it was another gas and electricity provider as we didn't know it. He pretended something was wrong with our meter. We first understood he was coming on behalf of our electricity provider. We let him inside the house because he wanted to show us something. That's when we understood he was trying to sell us his services. We would not have let someone in if we knew it was another provider. He lied and fooled us.
