We needed support with our new system. My first contact with Guy was excellent. He helped us navigate through to further support and our teething issues were sorted out very quickly. After further support with Terry and Toni-Marie, we received a follow up call from Guy, to check that we had received all the help we needed. Excellent customer service received from all sides. Contacted DNA payments after I had multiple card machines requiring replacement parts / replacement terminals. Kevin offered a very thorough service and explained everything in detail to ensure I understood. He was able to fix some issues remotely which he talked me through every step and explained what he was doing. Some machines needed replacing which was done swiftly. The whole experience was very easy and a very fast turn around to ensure our machines were up to standard whilst being informed throughout the whole process. Great job and an asset to the team ! Thank you

Damian was excellent and his customer service skills were outstanding. He solved my problem efficiently whilst maintaining a jovial attitude to me. Never once showing that he thought I was not tech savvy ( which I’m so not).
