We’ve been booking our cruises through Cruise118 for a number of years now and have always had a fantastic experience especially thanks to Kym she is genuinely brilliant. She really takes the time to understand what we’re looking for, and always finds us the best possible deal. Kym is incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient nothing is ever too much trouble. Her communication is excellent every email is answered quickly and she always explains everything. The level of customer service we receive from Cruise118 is second to none, and it’s because of people like Kym that we keep coming back. Highly recommend to anyone.

Have used for a few bookings, very keenly priced. Sadly had to cancel one with a cancellation charge due (low deposit offer of £100pp). This was credited to my account.The agent was lovely but I sadly did not catch her name. Spoke with Emily via live chat and had it applied to a new booking, zero hassle.I like not having to phone/wait in queues/select the right option then listen to muzak for an age. Emily made it super easy. I have always tended to stick to agents with the lowest price but cruise 118 have great service. To my mind having an agent matters if things go wrong, especially with lines like MSC who have poor pre and post cruise service. A great price with top notch support and service. I am only going to use cruise 118 from now on and recommend you consider them

A diamond service from Joanne. I have used 118 on a number of occasions pre and post Covid. They are brilliant at responding to a brief, supplying the correct documents and supportive when things have gone wrong (e.g lost airline baggage). They are patient and helpful when we needed to make amendments to the booking and linking up to other families we have then decided to travel with. Thank you!
