Just had the fitters from crocodile to fit our garden room and we are beyond happy. The guys Craig, Lee and Hindle were professional, respectful and genuinely amazing fitters. The product is exactly as we wanted and the quality is fabulous. Thank you so much for a fabulous experience ♥️

Installation was supposed to take 3 days. It took 8 weeks in the end. Crocodile do not prioritize returning to fix issues/snags so you go to the back of the queue. In the end they had to return 3 times, to fix all the snags. Communication during the process was very poor, however, they are very on the ball when asking you for money. The installers lacked attention to detail when installing the structure, damaged two tiles drilling holes, incorrectly fitted seals, scratched parts during fitting, poor and excessive use of silicone sealant. Sealant marks on the floor. But the biggest was that the structure is not square, the posts were not fitted the correct positions. All the glass is single glazed and doors sealed with draught exclusion brushes only, so the doors are very draughty. It will be virtually impossible to keep warm during any cold periods. Condensation is an issue that will need to be managed, especially with the glass roof. We have had to buy and run a dehumidifier in order to reduce the condensation. The structure has not been built square which has meant we have had to significantly compromise how we wanted the completed structure to look, requiring trim to be fitted to hide the fact the structure doesn’t fit on the base as it is that far off being square. Poor installation and the end result is not commensurate with the cost of the structure. Crocodile have offered a miserly amount in compensation for the damage, delay and the fact the structure is not square. Currently considering legal options to get a reasonable level of compensation. Again communication is very poor. Poor customer service. The sliding door track design is crude. It will require maintenance, we have to clean the tracks weekly to stop rust developing on the stainless steel runners. The doors need to be lubricated and used weekly, We have already had one door make horrible noise when opening it. The door tracks where just screwed down on top of the tiled surface, sealant is used to seal the track. Nothing is put underneath the door track so water ingress is likely to be a problem in the future if the sealant fails. Wish we had gone for bi-fold doors. Would not recommend Crocodile to anyone.
