BH Garage Door Reviews

You can trust BH garage. I did my research for a long time, obtained multiple quotes from other competitors, and dove deep into each business to find the most competitive and trustworthy candidates. BH was one of the top competitors. This was due to three things I noticed about some of these garage door businesses. They use fake reviews, bought in order to increase their ratings and face appeal. Their prices are unbelievably high. They are unprofessional and aren’t very responsive. — But from my experience, BH does none of these things. I had an excellent experience with them, from the day they came to do some preliminary measurements, all the way through to customizing and updating the project based on my specific needs. Their reviews seem to be from genuine customers (this one sure is), which is definitely a green flag. They provide you a quote the day of (if not the next) that, once you access it via their webpage, includes a very detailed list of the parts and labor costs involved with the project — with said quote beating all the other competitors that I received estimates from by a considerable amount. The communication is also great— they are happy to answer any and all questions you throw their way, providing quick and concise responses. Their estimate for when they would be able to come and do the job wasn’t too long and fairly accurate as well. Most importantly, the quality of work was good. The gentlemen that came to do the reframing and install of my new door were polite, did the job efficiently and came back to add some finishing touches shortly after. The new door looks great, motor is definitely an upgrade and works as expected so far, and the fit and finish looks much better. My only real complaint is that cable management could’ve been a slightly better, but even that’s just nitpicking. No problems so far after a week of installation. Give them a shot!

We had a great experience. We had an old door where the cable broke on Tuesday around 5pm. They came to look at it around 6pm that same night. They quoted us and even helped get the door open so we could get our car out. We decided to replace the entire thing since it was old and not worth the repair cost. They came on Thursday and replaced everything. Took a couple hours and looks great! Their communication was thorough. I hope we don’t need to call them again soon (new door and all), but I will definitely recommend them to others.
