Failed to act on several debts in a timely manner (waited over 4 months for them to contact the creditors) by that point it was all assigned to Enforcement Agents who have been able to come after me outside of the IVA due to a "Legal Loophole" CreditFix never explained to me - I spent 4 months chasing them to add the debts and they just ignored me or sent me down the garden path and now those debts cant be added, Complained and waited 4 weeks for a templated complaint response that didnt cover anything I raised in my complaint. They now hound me constantly on the phone and emails because I have missed a few payments to them, even though they are fully aware of the situation and I now need to prioritise the Debts they took no action on. This IVA has been a disaster since it was set up, now due to their negligence I have somehow ended up owing them money on top of the additional monthly expenses for the debts they couldnt be bothered to include when it would have made all the differance Seems to be luck of the draw with their representatives, often they send me emails that contradict previous emails, or act like they have no idea about the situation they have put me in STAY AWAY if you are trying to get out of your Debt, these people just make it worse

Avoid avoid avoid!!! They are theives who will trick you and rob you of your money if you are not careful. If you have an agreement with them keep a record of all transactions. A windfall I paid in hadn't been processed and I had to fight to get it added to my IVA. A loan payment that were taken after my IVA started was not deducted from my total debt. Try getting through to customer services by phone or email... It will be a very long wait!! I had to wait for my annual review when they contacted me to get my issues resolved as I refused to do the review until my concerns were resolved. I then had customer services agents threaten me with reporting me to my creditors so that the IVA would fail. 9/10 the goal posts will change and months will be added to your agreement. The customer services agent never respond to direct questions they always use jargon and leave you even more confused. Absolute vile company which needs to be reported to the ombudsman. Any positive feedback and comments must have been paid for so don't fall for it!

Excellent service as always. Spoke to a gentleman called Martin today. Have been having a few money troubles this month. Asked if my direct debit which is due on the 17th can be taken out on the 19th as disability living allowance will go in on 18th. Not a problem at all. Martin was polite, had an excellent telephone manner and nothing was a problem at all. I have used Creditfix for almost a year now as got into a lot of financial debt. The service from the whole team has been fantastic. Thank you again.
