They did great with communication at first. They settled several of my parents debts, then stopped communicating. Several phone calls and 8 months later they are finally willing to release the 11k sitting in the account, which they've been pulling service fees from so I can settle the final debt myself. I'm not impressed with this company at all.

So far the experience has been smooth and effortless on my part. The staff is very helpful and Friendly, yet professional at all times. The app is easy to use to upload any new documents that come in through the mail or through my email. I am always being informed throughout the process and through the app I get to see everything That’s going on with all my account’s. I will keep everyone updated but as of now I’m very happy with my decision. It’s been a year and I have three more years to resolve my debt and move forward in life.

My wife and I used you and you told us that you would take care of all the paperwork that your company didn't so my wife payroll check got attached on one of the loan that we were paying your company to take care of. The said that it had not been paid on for about a year or more and my wife and I keep trying to get someone on the phone that would answer our questions but all we got was the runaround. It's to late for my wife and I but your company as the worst customer service I have ever seen. Oh by the way don't put no response to this like you did the people that you did in some of your reviews. This company really sucks when it keeping the people informed when they do it to late
