Reviews Summary

Customer sentiment toward Credit Glory’s credit repair service is overwhelmingly negative based on the reviews provided. Reviewers consistently cite concerns about unclear communication and business practices, specifically mentioning that calls intended for other debt collection agencies were unexpectedly routed to Credit Glory. Many customers report being pressured to pay significant upfront and ongoing fees that were not transparently explained at the start. Critical feedback also includes frustration with refund processes and disputes over unauthorized or unexpected charges.

Common themes across the reviews highlight persistent accusations of deceptive sales tactics, hidden fees, and lack of effective service. Customers feel misled by initial pricing promises and express dissatisfaction with the quality and transparency of support received. Efforts to cancel or secure refunds are often described as challenging, with multiple customers noting the involvement of their banks or the Better Business Bureau in trying to resolve disputes. SCAM BUSINESS I called what I thought was a debt collections company, but I was unknowingly connected to Credit Glory. At no point did they clearly identify who they were. The woman I spoke with told me all my accounts qualified for dispute and pushed me to pay $378 to get started. She assured me that would be the only fee, but after I agreed, she suddenly mentioned there would also be a $99 monthly fee while they worked on the disputes. About 40 minutes later, I called back after realizing the company seemed sketchy and had horrible reviews. The man who answered gave me a 20-minute runaround trying to convince me not to cancel and insisted they couldn’t refund my money. It’s a scam, and I ended up reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Avoid this company. They use deceptive tactics, pressure you to pay upfront, and make it difficult to back out. This is not a trustworthy business.

It appears that credit Glory is posing as a debt collector for various debt collection agencies, i called the number on the caine and weiner website and the credit collections services website but somehow it was routed over to credit Glory. They also told me it would only be a dollar for them to check my credit and see if it was accurate but it is so weird because I know I called the number on the website I recorded a video on my phone that shows me pressing call on the phone number intended for credit collections services website and it changing to a different number once pressed that is routed to credit Glory. I could be wrong but that is what it looks like. I have reported them to better business bureau to refund my 378.00 and I have alerted my bank about them and I currently have opened an dispute with my bank

This place is an absolute scam. I’ve never been so disgusted by a company to say the very least. I was actually calling to a collector and somehow they intercepted the call. They were beyond pushy and once I explained to them this isn’t what I was trying to accomplish when calling they became very ignorant and even more pushy as to why I needed to use their service. I had made it clear that they were not to charge me or attempt to charge me for anything since I was not using there services. Lo and behold a week later they were trying to charge my card. Thank god I let my card company know about my experience and they didn’t let the charges go through and issued a new card. Word to any one that get trapped into talking to this horrible company do yourself a favor and hang up and take any steps necessary for them not to be able to charge you cause they will. Biggest SCAM OF A COMPANY!!! Just look at the other reviews if you don’t think mine is any help
