So far so good! I started the service because i wanted to eat more vegetarian dishes, and I have no time to cook anymore. So far all their dishes are tasty, with good portions. The food stays cold when delivered. They have a vast menu to choose from, compared to other food services. From middle eastern dishes, to Korean, Spanish, and Italian, they have it all! I love that the containers are recyclable and honestly, I think their vegetarian dishes are tastier than the non vegetarian ones. If the prices were a bit lower, I’d order 7 dishes a week, one for everyday weekday.

I received my first Cook Unity box this week. Unlike other meals delivery companies' packages. It is a reusable cooler bag and well designed. I heat up my first meal today. It is way yummier than other companies that I have tried. I ordered the 6 meals plan. Hopefully, the other 5 hold up the expectation.

I haven't had the chance to try one of their meals yet. With the first delivery when I opened the box all the meals were warm. I chatted with an agent and they stated their meals keep in the shipping box for 48 hours. I replied to check the tracking and the shipment took 72 hours. I was issued a credit and placed another order. The new order was $9.99 extra but no big deal. The second order arrived today and was a warm mess. The shipping box was soggy and ripped down one of the corners. Upon opening there were paper sacks with gel oozing out that were no longer frozen. Upon removing the meals they were also stuck together. Will not be placing another order and 2 strikes is enough.
