I have never had any issues with clear pay - been using them for a couple of years now - Yes ClearPay does not handle with refunds only the store you have purchased from can, In which happened to me once. Quick and smooth with the refund being placed onto my account on ClearPay. No idea why so many people are having issues with them?

Fraudulent business, needs shutting down ASAP. Refuses to handle my dispute, I never received any goods from the merchant and they keep parroting the same thing every time I contact them - "only merchants have authority over refunds". The merchant has been unresponsive for around a month now, completely ignoring me. Blocked my number as well, so I have absolutely no way of contacting them. No protection from Clearpay whatsoever, I will be taking them to court immediately.

You have called the business number and asked if we had any problems with electricity bills. The manager mentioned that use was to do with broadband and landlines and you decide to put the phone down on him. Why? Why didnt you resolve the issue that we have had since Feb/March? Why are you finding it so hard to deal with the issue and why is it taking too long to resolve. Why are you billing us when we do not have the other business or use any of your services since Feb/Mar 2025?
