Slight bone to pick. Customer service is lovely, people are kind and understanding. However in my particular case I can’t help but feel my situation was pushed under the rug in regards to my situation at the time. I had emailed in about unable to pay due to illness and still was getting “urgent action” needed through the post despite discussing it over email as I was unable to speak. Like I say, the team are lovely, I just think there needs to be a bit more communication and understanding about people situations!! (Just being picky, Cabot are a lot better than other debt collectors).

31 yes 31 calls in one day,after me telling them I cant afford to pay hense why iv not paid my initial debt in the first place,these guys are predators and do not leave you alone there a joke,how about getting a real person to call instead of this is an important message from cabot,its not tho is it,iv got disabled kids and with them calling me every 5 mins of the day and im missing on important phone calls coz there blazing my phone everyday,even if you block there number I swear this place has 50 numbers,I have a list longer than my arm of blocked numbers in my phone and all are cabot,get a grip of your company,I thort it was just me but looking at the reviews this company is a bully

Today I phoned Cabot Financial as I had debts to sort out, fortunately for me a really friendly customer agent answered her name was Karen. She was so helpful, understanding, listened, explained everything, patient. So now after explaining my current situation to her, my accounts are a lot better to deal with. Karen is a excellent asset to Cabot Financial with her excellent customer service skills keep up the good work and THANKYOU.
