This is some text inside of a div block.
I emailed BPO Collections disputing an alleged debt and received no reply whatsoever. Instead of responding properly, they bombarded me with text messages from different numbers clearly trying to pressure me into calling them. When I eventually did call (wasting my own time), I was told the case would be returned to Virgin Media. Since then, I've received yet another message about a completely different so-called debt. This company doesn’t provide evidence, doesn’t respond to formal emails, and uses borderline harassment tactics to push people into phoning them. Unprofessional, evasive, and deeply frustrating to deal with. If you’re being contacted by them, be cautious and demand proof in writing from the alleged original creditor before engaging.

Avoid these scammers!! Always contact the company the supposed debt is with. They tried to scam me with letters claiming I owe HMRC but I have an online account and thats up to date. Block them and write to them asking for proof of debt as they're supposed to show this. Do not engage with them via telephone. Write to them instead, as a last resort. I've also reported them to Action Fraud. The more reports they get the better as this company thinks it can get away with conning people. I can't imagine what they do to the vulnerable people they prey on. Do not cave in. Remember to report them to Action Fraud.

Unsure to why the reviews are so bad for this company. They are genuine and the website is extremely easy to navigate and set things up - I know this as when I settled a debt I cross referenced it with HMRC and they cleared the account. I had a question, phoned and spoke to Luke who was very informative and helpful. Sure, no one likes paying debts although this company and their platform seems easy enough to use.
