We have just came back from 2 weeks at Eriyadu, despite asking Blue bay to change our resort and the promise that they would ensure it happened even agreed to pay extra we had to endure 2 weeks of this resort. To say it is dated is a understatement, rooms smelt of raw sewage, bedding and towels discoloured didn't look clean. Food and drink appalling, rooms dirty , renovation work is on going and can be noisy at times, reef is the best thing about this island. We watched the workers pouring cement on to walls in the sea and it was shocking, no regard for the sea or seaside, picture attached of cement water for three days discoloured, Blue bay are not interested in the customer just the money, aftercare not the best either , one of there customer service managers talks the talk and that's were it stops. We were put in the wrong room for 2 days as they were booked up in the beach bungalows, We had to endure 7 days of the resorts owners son smoking illegal substances with the couple in the next room to us some days this went on for several hours, when spoke about it was told the whole island staff smoke it including the owner The only good thing about this island was our room cleaner he did a great job with what little equipment he had, the one star rating is for him

It all turned out great. After a slightly frustrating experience on the website, I put in a request for a quote or a call. Someone called me within about 15 minutes and was extremely helpful. She researched various options for us and came up with a great deal. Fantastic customer service. We are all booked and looking forward to our holiday. Thanks?

Just back from Cocogiri Island Resort, we would highly recommend (pictures attached) with Bluebay Travel and immediately started looking for our next adventure. This new booking - Both Jodie and in her absence Jade at Blue Bay Travel where extremely helpful and attentive. We wanted hotel accommodation and transfers only (no flights) and they was very knowledgeable in helping us get exactly what we wanted. Many agents bump up the price when removing flights - not here! The subscriber offer had some nice "extras" at a very competitive price. We are especially looking forward to the Over Water Upgrade. When looking for the best deals and helpful service, BlueBay Travel comes top of our list.
