We were first time buyers looking to purchase a flat in London. We engaged Omar to perform a Level 3 building survey and were very satisfied. Communication was fast and clear and the inspection was arranged quickly after our first contact. His report was through and explained key issues with the property in simple terms, helping us navigate some complex issues with the existing roof that we weren’t aware of. Would not hesitate to recommend Blackstone to others and we will definitely use Omar again in the future.

Omar conducted a Level 3 survey for us (for a house built in the 1860s) and we couldn’t be more satisfied with his work - we highly recommend him. Omar is friendly, honest, thorough, responsive and provided logical and practical advice throughout. As first home buyers, it was reassuring to work with Omar as he called us with initial findings immediately after the inspection, and we had another call again after the report was issued where he was extremely helpful in explaining things in layman’s terms. The report itself was detailed, easy to read and clear on what steps were to be taken next. Thank you Omar!
