I used Zaid's service, and I genuinely appreciate his professionalism and care towards his clients. He's a lovely guy, and initially, I had high hopes for his expertise. However, my experience took an unexpected turn. As a first-time buyer, I relied on Google reviews to find experts like him. When I instructed him for a survey of the house I was about to purchase, it turned out to be a non-traditional house, and the lender required additional information about its construction and materials. Regrettably, Zaid, the surveyor, couldn't provide the necessary answers. I felt like I was investing my hard-earned money in vain, money that could have gone towards my deposit or a different expert who would have been upfront about not dealing with non-traditional houses. Zaid initially offered to help if I found another house, giving me hope that I wouldn't lose my previous investment. However, when the time came, he asked for even more money than I had already paid, resulting in a disappointing experience. If you're a first-time buyer, my advice would be to consider finding experts through recommendations from friends. This approach might save you both time and money. PS: I eventually purchased another house without a survey, just to avoid any further frustrating situations. Will
