This is some text inside of a div block.
I had very high expectations coming back to Gold Crest again as a returning customer because I had a very good experience first time when I surveyed my property with Gold crest. However, it looks like the quality of the service has significantly deteriorated since then to a point where no one replies to an email for days, some emails go completely unanswered and provide nonsensical quotes. It took me multiple attempts to get a quote for a Level 3 survey, where I had to submit the form multiple times and repeatedly call to remind about it. Eventually, two different people from Gold crest provided me drastically different quotes and upon booking the survey I received an invoice for an astronomically absurd price (with a difference of over £400 for the same service) and for a different level than I asked. This makes me question their authenticity and integrity as their employees appear to be picking prices out of thin air, hence I can't trust their surveyors to do their job any differently. I wouldn't recommend them at all and there are a plenty of surveyors who would do a better job for a fraction of price.

Absolutely brilliant service!! We had a fall out with our previous surveyor and had to find a new one within few hours due to the strict deadlines. Gold Crest literally booked the survey the next day and the report came back within 4. Our surveyor Kermanj Saeed is beyond fantastic! No stone was left unturned and the detailed report helped us a lot! Also I really appreciate a real person on the phone not an underwhelming AI. I got few calls from Gold Crest with updates, and I found this personal touch really appealing.

I Paid for a level 2 survey to be done on my property I brought. After the survey we asked to speak to the survey to help us out with the language as we have never brought a house before so needed to clarify somethings. From this point we are were happy to with the services. After moving into the property is were things took a turn for the worst, We had major issues with the property that were not pulled up on the survey (boiler not working for a start) No insulation in the loft space, pipes not lagged etc. The floor under the bath had been so badly damaged the bath was sitting on a copper pipe and not been noticed. This ending up costing me thousands of pounds to repair. Either I could have passed this onto the owner to get fixed or at least I could have found out and could have made mine own call but entered the property blind. Now you have a new owner you are refusing to speak to me and give me a refund. Disgusting behaviour and because of this I would more than likely never get a survey done on a property ever again. I’ve been robbed by this company and I’m extremely disappointed.
