Started the program less than 2 years ago. They were informative when we set this up. Super kind. Never felt judged. One of my accounts went to the courts and they made sure to communicate and settle everything before the court date. Online communication was amazing. Still keep an eye. I realized I could pay off all my accounts 2 months earlier and reached out to them to graduate early!

Just graduated from the program in about two years and ahead of schedule. Been dreaming of this moment for a long time after carrying around debt that only seemed to grow even though I was paying many hundreds of dollars towards it each month and couldn't see a way out of. I researched consolidation companies and am glad I went with Beyond. The first call was scary and it can be shameful to admit to someone that you've dug yourself into such a deep financial hole and need help. I was debating if it was truly worth it to torch my credit to hopefully, maybe get back on track faster and if this program would really help. But the rep was very kind and understanding and explained everything. I decided to go for it, they ended up cutting my overall debt in half and it was nice having just one payment each month instead of multiple to remember. When I went through a layoff about a year into it they were empathetic and allowed me to pause my payments for a couple months until I found work again. Any time I needed to adjust my payment schedule it was never an issue. When I was lucky to start making more money and increased my payments I paid off everything early and even got a big chunk back I was not expecting, and there were zero early payoff fees so glad I could save more that way as well. My credit started recovering throughout the process as I paid each debt off and now I am back above 700 already and climbing. Super happy and a big thank you to Beyond for everything!

READ THE FINE PRINT! On the enrollment call they don't tell you about the 25% fee they will charge you after reaching a settlement with a creditor. And that's 25% of the original debt you enroll in the program with. So, even IF they are able to lower your debt by 50%(which is highly unlikely) they will take 25% of that savings for themselves. They also don't start negotiating until you have enough funds to bargain with. So, if you were making on time payments before enrolling, your credit tanks further, and you'll likely end up being sued and garnished for the accounts that are waiting to be negotiated(LIKE ME!). They don't do what they promise. Definitely too good to be true. I have already removed myself from this program. I was very hopeful at first too. It would almost be worth the 25% fees if they could resolve the debts in the time frame they advertised. In two years I had one account resolved and am still on the hook fora portion of their fees. Find a better way!
