Such a scam. Wish I had read the reviews first, no tickets at the time I picked, and then told my daughter that it was a standby ticket, so because there was a layover she would probably be stranded in that airport unless she bought the upgrade. Was also told we would not be charged, to be charged double what we had thought! When calling for a refund, was told no problem, one-time no charge. Then the charge came through, called them back and they said they wouldn't refund, and no need for us to talk the manager because we had already done that. Finally was told that they would refund, the full amount, because I have recordings and screenshots of everything. I'm not holding my breath for the refund - I believe I will have to dispute the charge

Horrible experience! They came back within 24 hours wanting us to pay several hundred more because the flight at that price were “ now unavailable “. We didn’t pay more..locked our card..and after many requests for us to purchase our ticket at the higher price which we refused..our card number was used in an attempt for unauthorized purchase on Walmart.com. This company is to be avoided!!!

Fraudulent Airline Ticket Practices I booked a roundtrip flight through Best Ticket Fare from Denver to Tucson (May 6 departure, May 16 return) for $225. They provided a booking ID but no airline confirmation number. No reservation email was ever sent. When I called two days later, they claimed the flight was overbooked and that I needed to pay additional upgrade fees to secure my flight. When I refused, they told me I would have to pay a $120 "voluntary cancellation fee." This company is engaging in bait-and-switch, misrepresentation, and fraudulent sales tactics. I never received a service, and no charge has been posted yet, but they attempted to coerce additional payment after an initial agreement. This company should be investigated for fraud, removed from platforms, and consumers warned.
