The service we received at Berry's Leeds this week was exceptional with no exaggeration. The shop is tastefully dressed with the most beautiful watches and the stock available was great. Emma looked after us and made us feel VERY special whilst we were present for our special purchase. Emma was not only knowledgeable about watches and jewellery but incredibly engaging and human. The experience was one we will remember and we look forward to continued business in the future. Thoroughly recommend and absolutely LOVE my new timless time piece 😀 👌. Thank you Emma and all who looked after us.

Lucy was very kind and curteous and knowledgeable. She made me, my wife and baby feel very welcome and took an interest in us as people. She answered all our questions with confidence and helped us with our buying decision. I’d like to point out the other shop staff were friendly and the shop itself was tidy, clean and was a nice place to be. We will be coming back in the future for a ring re-sizing but we will make sure to revisit for all our jewellery needs

Me and my partner went to Leeds to celebrate my birthday. We decided to mark the celebration by looking for a nice jewellery piece or watch. We went to a few shops within Leeds city centre. We ended up at this jewellers. Myself and my partner never really review, but praise is given when due. We were greeted by a young gentleman named Troy. He was so knowledgeable about watches and different types of jewellery in store. His customer service was exceptional. He was very well mannered and professional. We ended up purchasing an omega watch and he was a main driver for the purchase. Troy is a great asset to the business and a pleasure to meet. Thank you Troy !
