Customer Service Review for Savannah I had an excellent experience with Autopay Plus’ customer service thanks to representative Savannah! She went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my car payment. From the start, she was patient, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. She listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and walked me through the steps to fix the problem. I even called back to talk to her and she followed up with making sure everything was fully resolved before ending the call. It’s rare to find customer service this attentive and effective. Gustavo was very helpful and made the whole experience very easy and stress free. I needed to adjust the total of my payment that comes out biweekly. Great experience. I also like the texting feature. I will use that in the future if I need to reach out again.
