Aspect were brilliant at responding to my problem. Track and access needed to find a leak which was found. It took a whole day however and it was pretty obvious where the leak was coming from so I was surprised at the length of time they were at the property. A carpenter was needed to remove cupboards during the process so they arranged for someone from Aspect to do the removal. And then put it all back again. All seemed well - even when I found some screws and was told ‘always a bit over kill when there things are put in, too many screws’. The next day my larder cupboard felt wobbly and one of the big supporting hinges had come away. I called to report the issue. I emailed to report the issue. I called back to chase. And still no contact from them. You pay the guys for the work they have done before they leave the house so why would they want to come back to secure my cupboard when they’ve been paid?! The cupboard was fitted in 2019 and I’ve had zero problems with it until now. Very disappointed. Aftercare is seriously bad.

Aspect were brilliant when we needed them to urgently diagnose and fix a leak. The call centre person was helpful and efficient, and Kristian was here as fast as possible. He was very knowledgeable polite and friendly. Kristian and Mario then spent four days diagnosing and fixing a complicated leak. They were thorough and professional throughout, keeping us updated. They fixed the leak and provided a detailed report for insurance. Overall, an excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first time using Aspect and I am very pleased. Their engineer, Aaron, was excellent- helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He got the job done perfectly for less than half the price I was quoted elsewhere. Highly recommended.
