Excellent service, thank you able group. Had a quote to fit new glass in an internal door and window. Was fitted when they said it would be by an excellent glazier who was friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Job didn't take too long and he cleaned up after working. Thank you again, would definitely use able services again for another project. Linda, Mansfield

Would not recommend! This is not a local service as advertised, but a national group which is probably the reason they don't offer a lot of customer care. We've paid £160 for a wasp removal service only for the problem to persist 1 week on. The gentleman that came out, was very pleasant and mentioned to call him back if his service didn't get rid of the wasps, but unfortunately when we called the company again, we were told we have to pay another £160 pounds for a new treatment. That's disappointing as that's not what we were told on site and we're left with the payment but zero outcome. If you can, choose someone truly local to your area, who wants your business and will aim to deliver the services promised.

I asked Able Group to repair a door latch that kept sticking. I was quoted for repair or replacement but ultimately charged for a “service” which essentially just confirmed what I knew already, namely that the lock mechanism was fine but the latch needed replacing. Therefore I cannot recommend this company. I would at the very least suggest clarifying whether any quote will definitely include repair or replacement. A “service” seems to just mean charging you for telling you what you already know.
