I bought a bamboo keyboard and it was delivered promptly A few weeks later some of the keys didn't work so I phoned the same number asked for advice. The recepionist told me that all the returns people were out but if I left my number someone would ring me back.
Guess what no-one did.
Nor did they on the six further days I rang and emailed on the John Artis website. Receptionist always insisted that they were the only people present. Does anyone know of they are still trading and or how to make contact or should I write off my losses and make and interesting fire?
