Loved my first time bringing my car here: 1. They confirm appointments and car readiness over email and text, my job is super hectic so its hard to get on the phone sometimes 2. When they do call you - they spend the necessary time on the phone with you to explain everything, they speak to you with respect and not condescending and are super polite. Even if my questions were silly, they made me feel like there were no stupid questions. 3. They finished my car earlier than expected 4. Pricing is on par with other places BUT you get much better service at Anthem!! 5. The parts they use are top notch, no skimping 6. They don't try and oversell, they address the issue with your car, they'll let you know what is advisable, and what is a must to be done, the implications and DO NOT pressure you to do more than what is necessary. They told me the issue I raised with my car was not safety but comfort so it was up to me if I wanted to get it done (I did of course, I wanted comfort). 7. The place is clean when you come in, I was in and out super quick to drop off and pick up This place is a bit further than where I was taking my car before, but its totally worth the extra few minutes drive. Net net - I'll be bringing my car back, my car is older, but I have no car note so I plan to hold onto it as long as I can and trust this team can take care of keeping it running!

My wife had our car at Mavis and they insisted that she needed to replace our brakes. $650 service that she at the time rejected because they were so demanding. We dropped the car off at Anthem the following week. The guys there took a quick but thorough look at it, and let us know that there was no need at all to replace the brakes. They could've easily talked us into a pricey service, but they gave us a detailed description of why we had plenty of life left in the brakes. These guys are thorough, detailed, and most importantly honest. I'm happy to completely trust them with both of my vehicles. They might cost a few extra bucks, but I know the work is necessary and will be done correctly.
