Reviews Summary

The overall sentiment in customer reviews for AmOne's financial matching service skews heavily negative. Reviewers consistently note aggressive sales tactics, repeated and unwanted contact through calls and emails, and frustration with misleading claims. Customers describe being transferred to debt settlement companies despite searching for loans, and several mention concerns over professionalism and transparency in interactions with staff. No reviews reflect a positive or satisfactory experience, with some users highlighting experiences that border on deceptive or predatory business practices.

Recurring themes across the reviews include complaints about persistent calls, a lack of clarity around the service provided (with frequent surprise at being offered debt consolidation rather than loans), and repeated accounts of unprofessional staff behaviors, such as abrupt hang-ups and rude conversations. Many reviewers express discomfort with sharing personal information, especially when it leads to unexpected referrals or pressure to commit to costly credit repair programs. Some mention unsolicited contacts after backing out of applications.

Based on reviewer feedback, AmOne is widely perceived as an untrustworthy financial service provider, especially within the realm of online personal loans and debt services. The company's reputation is undermined by direct accounts of aggressive communication, misleading advertising, and unsatisfactory issue resolution. Overall, AmOne is regarded with skepticism and caution by consumers as evidenced by the documented patterns in recent reviews.

I'm not sure where or how these people got my contact info but they did and now I'm paying for it. Daily calls, multiple daily calls most days. Legit or honorable companies do not engage in this type of predatory practice. I did some looking, in their messages they say "we've looked at your loan application and we're sure we can help." Odd since I'm not looking for a loan and I've not submitted any applications lately. Last consumer loan I applied for was a vehicle loan and I only applied for that through my credit union. That was approved and I'm current driving that vehicle. And this is not a lending institution, which is likely how and why they can operate the way they do. Lending institutions are regulated. They say we're a "financial matching" service. Which basically means they'll refer you to a lender, likely receive a finders fee, and likely charge you too. As stated, they say they're a "financial matching" service. Which usually means if you can google you can do what they do yourself. At best this appears to be a less than reputable business. At worst a complete scam. Since they've been in business more than a hot minute, my guess is it a less than reputable business.

Beware! This company is a complete scam that will send you down a rabbit hole of deceit. Just know that when you apply with them you are actually applying to receive debt consolidation not a loan. I REPEAT!!!.... they do not offer you a loan. They offer you that consolidation so just know what it is you're getting yourself into.

This company is a complete scam. They promised to look into my loan options for $3,000. So I agreed and provided my personal information. Next thing I know, I was transfered to a debt settlement company. So I asked what debt settlement has to do with getting a loan, and the agent hung up on me. Then I called AmOne back and said I wanted no further contact from their company, and the guy hung up on me mid-sentence. What's even more disturbing is how many other reviews mention these same experiences. Talk about unprofessional.
