We stayed at Villa Premium F and were very disappointed, especially considering we had stayed in another villa by the same property manager, built in the same year and had a much better experience there. Before booking, we explicitly asked if we would have a private parking space and were told “yes,” but that turned out to be completely false. The communication between the travel agency and the property manager was very poor. The villa itself is about 6–7 years old. Apart from low water pressure, most things worked well. However, the pool lighting took five days to be fixed, so we couldn’t swim in the evenings. The water in the pool was cloudy for the entire stay, despite multiple complaints to the manager. To make matters worse, the price is outrageously high. This was our eighth year in a row visiting Fethiye, and the rental price has doubled each year while the villa itself remained unchanged. The cost is no longer justifiable, and we won’t be coming back. Fethiye remains a beautiful place with friendly locals, but the artificially inflated prices have put us off completely, which is a real shame, as we were seriously considering buying a house here.

I would not recommend this travel company one bit. They cancelled our villa booking, without our permission, even though we had paid the full amount, deposit and balance months before they cancelled. It coincided with them putting up the cost of the villa, and they obviously thought they could make more profit, which is a disgusting way to treat early bookers. So we had been looking forward to our holiday, they cancelled, and furthermore refused to give us a refund! So I contacted credit card company and did a section 75 claim, and won back the full amount. What helped was Agni didn't know who they were dealing with, I took copies of terms and conditions when I booked and again when they cancelled, it was clear they had tampered with the t&cos and tried to impose these new terms on me. I also presented full email history to the Credit card company The credit card company put their most senior inspector on this case, who used to work for the Police, lucky me, she was delighted to help me and was disgusted by the way Agni had acted and apparently it wasn't the first time. So if you book with Agni Travel, don't try to look forward to your holiday too much, it's likely to be cancelled if and when they get greedy. My advise DONT BOOK AND FIND ANOTHER FIRM YOUVE BEEN WARNED Ignore trustpilot reviews they are not genuine, a careful inspection reveals they are all written in a certain style

At the first I was pleased by the smoothness of the process to rent a villa for Lanzarote. Everything started when we entered the villa which was not cleaned and we found mold and and huge smell of Humidity inside. The villa was not well maintained and I couldn’t use the jacuzzi. I tried to contact them but no one answered during my stay. The only contact I had was to tell me to leave on time at check-out. I tried to get a refund for their lack of customer service and they only refund me 200€. My best advice DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PROPERTY AGENT. They are not professional and don’t care about their customer.
