Do not deal with Acima they have hidden fees I called to pay my account off they gave me my total but then didn’t tell me about the additional taxes they were going to charge me they taxed me on the already taxed total!!! The reps give incorrect information at the customers expense and there isn’t anyone at all that handles complaints or issues they record the calls but don’t listen to them they will argue you down that even though the rep said the wrong thing I still have to pay more if you want to purchase the lease I called to pay it off doing the right thing argued for 2 hours with their sorry customer service it’s not a very customer service oriented business if you don’t properly address the wrong information your employees give out nor address the customers that pay their bills , concerns you side with the wrong doings of your employees???!!! Give me the right information in the beginning so I can make an informed decision and stick with what you say yet they Still refused to take my payment unless I pay the higher amount this company has FRAUDULENT ways do not deal with them go to SNAP or even BREAD finance great customer service no hidden fees you pay what was initially said to pay off your account they don’t increase it without notice like ACIMA the digital care team is fraudulent there’s no digital care team that’s just Acima trying to make it look like they are to resolve the problem my account has gone up even more contrary to what the supervisor said Aldrin lied

About a washer dryer use in this company. The price for all was $3000 but I only finance $1300. I originally got the cash to pay for them at home but when I was at the appliance store to look at the washer and dryer, they offer me this company and tell me that if I didn’t go over three months, I wouldn’t be paying interest so at first I thought it was a good idea because I didn’t want to drive home and back to the appliance store. Three days later, I called them to pay the amount I own in full. And it was already $1600. When I tried to call them to see what what’s going on why was it $300 more than what I own and they said that they charge 300 for their service. When are the store they said that it was gonna be only $50 for their service. I’m really upset and I’m gonna take the contract to a lawyer because this is so unlawful. So please stay away from my this company.

If I could give them minus stars, I would trust me !!!!!Never again will I buy anything from this company bought a mattress for $402 that I tried to return after three days because it was uncomfortable. They would not take it back. I’ve never used the mattress after that And now I’m paying over $1000 for this piece of crap mattress that I wanted to return had a couple of financial problems but nobody would listen to me at the time I wanted to pay it off. I was like three days late of the 90 days. Worst company ever SCAM!!! They’re just screwing people over !!!! do not buy anything from them!!!!!!
