If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased this company's Pigment Control Creme and Pigment Control Blending Creme. I used it for awhile with decent results. Then I noticed the color of the cream changed from white to light brown, then dark brown and was actually staining my skin rather than fading my age spots. I went to my dermatologist and asked for a refund or replacement and they said contact the company as the product was defective. (These products are not cheap.) I contacted the company and they flatly refused to send either a replacement product or a refund and basically said it wasn't their problem. Great customer service! So here Zo Skin Health, I'm showing other customers what your product looks like after a few months, take a look at the photos. Gross. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again. Avoid them and save yourself money by going with a company that stands behind their products. This one does not.

I don't know how they're still in business when they refuse to help you after you make purchases. All they care about is the money and customer service does not exist with this company. They flat out refuse to refund you or replace their products even if you have the proof of expired products and defects. I have requested a manager and have yet to hear from one. They just ignore you in silence. Buyer beware! Go somewhere else where they will value you as a customer.

Should have read the reviews before ordering. FedEx showed my item delivered after several delays, but did not show up, and is marked “Delivered”. I called customer service, as something similar to me happened before at Sephora and they easily resent my order. ZO instead wants to put in a claim with FedEx, which will take several weeks. Only if FedEx proves that something went wrong, will they resend the order. I am willing to pay hundreds of dollars a month for skincare but this company is not trustworthy or forgiving. Spend your money elsewhere.
