Unresolved Refund, Stressful Experience My experience with this energy supply company has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, I received an outrageously high first bill — nearly £7,000 for just 40 days of service. I immediately disputed the charge, but received no meaningful response. Eventually, I discovered that I had been scammed by the broker who had set up the contract, falsifying data and figures. This led to serious consequences: I had to pay over £25,000 to avoid my business being shut down. It took months of stress and effort to prove that the error originated from the broker’s fraudulent actions. In January, I was finally told that I would be refunded for the original bill. Since then, I’ve been waiting. First, I was told it would take 10 days. Then it became 3 weeks. Every time I called, I was given a new excuse and asked to wait longer. Most recently, they told me they couldn’t process the refund until I paid another unrelated £20 balance. I paid it immediately. Still — no refund, no contact, no update. Throughout this ordeal, I’ve left multiple reviews and was told someone would reach out. No one ever has. This situation has caused immense personal damage: emotional stress, separation from my family, ongoing psychological treatment, and serious financial hardship. I’ve had to max out personal and business credit cards just to keep afloat. It is unacceptable that after months of proving I was the victim of fraud, I am still being ignored. I am simply asking for the refund I was promised — a refund that could help me support my family in a very difficult time.

I strongly recommend thinking twice before working for this company. My time there was extremely disappointing, and I feel people should know what they might be getting into. Staff are often treated poorly by management, and the overall work environment is stressful and unpleasant. At one point, management even sent an email threatening to shut down the kitchen because it was untidy. For a company of this size and financial success, it seems unreasonable to expect professional staff to handle cleaning and emptying bins instead of hiring proper facilities staff. Although the company makes a lot of money, very little seems to go toward supporting or developing employees. It feels like corporate profits come before the well-being of the people who work there. The office is overcrowded, and there’s barely any personal space. The temperature is often freezing because the air conditioning is constantly blasting, and management doesn’t seem to care even when people complain. The toilets are usually broken and smell bad, which is unacceptable in any workplace. Staff turnover is out of control, with new faces appearing and disappearing every week. On top of that, there’s constant surveillance from CCTV cameras, which just adds to the feeling of being trapped in a very controlling environment. Overall, working here was one of the worst job experiences I’ve ever had, and I feel compelled to warn others about what they might face with this employer.

Horrendous company. They took over two of my sites through an erroneous transfer. Which they have still not replied to despite numerous chase ups. One of my sites they snuck a smart meter in and cut me off. So have been forced to pay inflated rates. My change of tenancy to my correct billing details still hasn't been done as I refuse to pay a bill in a different company name. 2 months in no response to the dodgy transfer to them. No change of tenancy. They then tried to execute a warrant (in dodgy companies name) despite there being documented issues and assurances that no action is taken until erroneous transfer case is handled and COT is done .This company uses dodgy brokers and does not do due diligence. I am filing complaint with energy ombudsman today.
