They state in their ad that you can get 3 times what your local jeweler offered. My offer wasn’t even half. I asked two times for them to include in the description of the ring that it was an antique but they did not. They make you think they are working for you but it’s clear they are working for the buyers. When I did not accept the highest offer it took over 2 weeks and two emails for them to send my ring back. I would not recommend. As soon as I get my ring back I will be going back to my local jeweler to make sure I got my same diamond back. If not I will be contacting an attorney.

This is an updated review since Worthy reached out to me right away after writing the first review. Worthy received my package 5/19, set up my auction on 5/28 and sold my ring on 5/30. Their recommended reserve price was about $500 lower than what I sold the ring for, I set the reserve much higher than what it sold for but accepted the sale. It did take longer than 10 business days to receive payment from them even though I called on the 10th day and they confirmed it would hit my account that day. They said on the 10th day they release the funds and send an email but direct deposit can still take 2-3 days extra depending on your bank. Never received the email and reached out the following Monday, I didn’t like the reply and wrote a review. They pushed the funds over that day and made it right. I would consider using again because the customer service was great besides that one time and they issued me a gift card as a bonus for the trouble.

Payment processing time is awful. Website says 5-10 business days. When I called on the 7th day I was told it takes 7-10 business days. 10 business days have passed and I still have not received payment. For such a high percentage being taken, I should be refunded for at least half of what they’re taking. Payment delays are unacceptable. I will update my review if this situation is rectified. Otherwise this stands.
