Amazing customer service… I ordered a bike for my son for his birthday, received an email the next day explaining the item was out of stock and they have ordered it and will get it to me asap. When I explain it was for my son’s birthday but if they couldn’t get it to me then I understand and the day of his birthday the bike was delivered!!! Absolutely amazing thank you so much! He loves it, the bike came well packaged and easy to assemble, great value for money.

Delivery was as promised. Good communication via email re delivery Unfortunately on arrival parcel and box were damaged as per picture, the protruding part of the cycle rack is scratched. Emailed the company - awaiting response. Emailed the delivery company, and they said email the supplier. Have requested return or refund of some kind. Customer service response to emails needs to be quicker.

I’ve used this company for years for BMX parts and gradually it’s just got more poor. I’m not sure if it’s because most places regarding BMX stocks are waiting for an order then ordering it from the Distributor’s so they don’t have dead stock on the shelves but on this occasion I ordered two items (grips and a chain) which I made sure it stated “Store Stocked” to only hear nothing for a few days, no tracking number etc. I enquired to have a reply saying my item has been ordered from the distrobutor and will be despatched when it arrives with them. If I’d of known this I’d of gone elsewhere because this order took two weeks. I’d of sooner just paid more. It’s a shame because Winstanleys are competitive on price. If you’re patient they’re good, I won’t be put off by this however but I will think before I ordered with them again.
