I used this law firm and even though they were voted best firm five years in a row claiming to get there clients maximum compensation loland frankly didn’t know who to trust we definitely made a mistake using wilshire my mom was 80 years old was rear ended at a stop light by a young driver who stated he put on his brakes but they didn’t work mom suffered a silent stroke and unbeknownst to us till a week later we filled out a form on line and was contacted by wilshire they sent us to the worse’s doctors because we couldn’t travel to la mom ended up going to her own primary care doctor because when we walked through the doors at there doctors they said my mom was having a stroke. Nd we left to the emergency room and then returned later in the week to follow up mom gets an epidural that makes her feel worse we seen a chiropractor the guy was 8 foot tall and lets my mom fall of the table I hear her calling for me out to the waiting room and run in there he’s just looking at her not helping her up we went back there maybe two times the waiting room is packed with Hispanics we finally see the nurse she puts the electrodes on your back for ten minutes and your outa there feeling like we just wasted hours of our time and was not getting the therapy we needed the case takes two years to settle going 6 to 7 months with no communication was told we’d get fifteen thousand a piece maybe more we ended up with only two thousand a piece they took 95 percent and made us drop the underinsured motorist claiming if we didn’t listen to her we could get nothing and that’s close to what we got any ways was nothing we bought some groceries with two grand the other thousand went towards the mortgage I highly recommend a different firm.thank you for responding to my review I wish I could say the same as some of your other reviews praising your team I still don’t understand how an 80 year old lady can get rear ended at a stop light totally not her fault she has a silent stroke we didn’t get medical till the next week wilshire contacted us and we went with them we were having to drive to la for medical but mom couldn’t keep making that trip scared to death if another vehicle accident she hasn’t drove since we were then sent to doctor in Bakersfield the first visit the doctor thinks she’s having a stroke and sends us to her primary who sent her to emergency within the next year she’s having aortic heart valve surgery and by the next year this is two years after the crash a year after her valve replacement wilshire calls and says we should sign for two thousand dollars or we may get nothing and end up owing for our medical bills now about the car the exhaust is still bent you can see where it got creased from impact the car never drove the same and they wouldn’t even fix the cracked windshield two thousand dollars we bought some groceries because we were hurting for money we signed and now I have to see those adds every time I pick up my phone people getting six figure payouts for minor collisions thanks for nothing wilshire no freakin way these reviews are on point they gotta be fabricated because what we experienced is no where near your other reviews so what gives man I hope you fired that team that worked us out of 95 percent of our money
