IT’S A SCAM. Horrible experience. I switched over to this company from a more reputable one. They sent me zepbound and stated that they would send me an extended expiration date vial. My brother had ordered as well. When we both got our vials, they were both of the same expiration date which was 1.5 months down the line. Other companies I had ordered from had expiration dates 6 months down the line or more. On top of that no provider reached out prior unlike other companies where there is a video consultation. It seems like this company does not care. My brother and I both had bad reactions to this particular medication sent from Vitastir. We did not have any reactions from the medication sent from other companies. When I reached out, I met a lot of resistance. No one responded to my emails of inquiry. I ended up calling and speaking to, I’m assuming, the secretary. She never introduced herself by name or title every single time I called. I explained my issue to her and she would state that she could call back and she would not. I finally got to speak to a doctor who was kind enough and understood the adverse reaction I was having and I was refunded. When my brother reached out, he also spoke with a physican, however, $150 were cut from the refund. Upon emailing and asking why he didn’t receive a full refund, again no answer to the email. I believe the unnamed woman at the front desk deliberately ignores people and does not get reprimanded. It seems like a very unprofessional company which goes after money. The medications are very close to the expiration date when sent too. Beware. I would highly recommend other companies where they do not go for $$ but for customer satisfaction and care.

I paid almost $400 for my month 3 order and have not received it. I ordered it on March 4th and it is now March 23rd. I’ve sent multiple emails and have left two voicemails and no one will get back to me! I’m out $400 and I have now missed two weeks of shots! This is ridiculous! The last contact was an email saying they were shipping my order and would provide a tracking number but I never received that number or any further communication!

Ordered the NAD+. This company failed to provide any instructions on how to store and use. Luckily I had this product before and knew what I was doing. I signed up for reoccurring delivery of this product and it only came once. I tried calling them but very confusing on who to call and nobody answered when I went through the prompts. That was frustrating. So I decided to send them multiple emails as instructed when calling. Nobody has responded and it’s been weeks. Decided if they don’t care about my business why chase them and went to a different company instead. I would advise to stay away from ordering from them online.
