I had my consultation with this clinic and am giving two stars only because the professional who conducted it was truly excellent. Beyond that, the entire experience has been frustrating and disheartening. As soon as I got home, my partner and I were ready to move forward and purchase the sperm. However, we had a few important questions to ensure we chose the right donor for our situation. I sent an email — and after two weeks, I still hadn't received a response. I had to call multiple times just to chase someone, only to be told each time that they "have up to 48 hours to respond." That timeframe has long passed. This is an incredibly time-sensitive and emotionally involved process that requires proper communication and support. The lack of response not only delays our treatment but shakes any confidence we had in their professionalism. After reading similar complaints from others about this clinic’s poor communication, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, I experienced exactly what so many others have warned about. Do I feel confident moving forward with my treatment here? Absolutely NOT. I have lost all trust in this company.

I gave two star because Anneya who was my point of contact was incredible at her service and so was everything else . But I feel like they should give the option to have all the blood tests needed to give the green light before rushing you into IVF. I feel like I have a problem which needed to be found before being told at your transfer that you have endometriosis . It feels like you are predestined to have a failed ivf on first round and push forward for the more expensive round to be left with. Just be warned . Create and ABC are more like sister clinic . They put you on first with ABC where the nurses have you assessed . And when it fails they will than have you moved to create where the professional doctors will than assess at a bigger price . So to save your money just ask for create unless you are a risk taker than go through all the stages. I wish I had just done that. Wish you all good luck .

Extremely Poor Communication and Delays Our experience with CREATE Fertility so far has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Communication has been a major issue from day one. All calls have to go through a central information line and are then routed to the relevant clinic, which adds unnecessary time and complexity — often resulting in missed or delayed responses. My wife and I are meant to be starting IVF treatment imminently (any time now really), based on my wife's cycle. Despite knowing our timeline in advance, CREATE has still not managed to pass our prescription to the medication delivery company. This is despite me calling multiple times every day for the past several days. The lack of urgency and poor coordination have left us feeling stressed and anxious at an already difficult time. We expected a much higher standard of care and professionalism when dealing with something as important and time-sensitive as fertility treatment. Based on our experience so far, I cannot recommend CREATE Fertility to anyone, please avoid.
