Virgin Media - the worst company I've ever gotten internet from. No way to claim yours in a simple and transparent way. Not meeting standards, lots of mistakes. They're only good at taking your money.

DO NOT JOIN virgin media Business!! Probably the worst ever customer service I have experienced. They do not resolve any issues and you can forget about a manager ever calling you back oh and when your internet is down don’t bother calling because that will get you no where you will have different members of staff telling you completely different things. All in all don’t join unless you want to stress your life out.
