Varghese Summersett is a STRONG must hire and one of the best firms in Texas! The quality and reputation of their team (especially Lisa Herrick and Tiffany Burks) speaks for itself and is well respected throughout the legal system. You can trust them with your life and be confident that they are doing all that is possible for your case. They are a highly experienced and strategic firm with outstanding relationships with prosecutors, judges, and lawyers in the legal system. Many were past prosecutors who still maintain excellent relationships with colleagues/prosecutors/lawyers and know what to look for/highlight from their past experiences, on the other side. The decision to choose them (after meeting with many other firms) was obvious and one of the most important decisions of my life as I used them to defend me on a 35yrs to life sentence for a crime that I did not commit. They were supportive, creative, kept me optimistic, and had great suggestions and strategies on how to prove my innocence. I also felt they truly believed and cared for me as they thoroughly worked on my case as if THEIR lives depended on it and got all my charges dismissed. The quality of care, commitment to details, and relentless nature of the Varghese Summersett team was exactly what was required for my case as the prosecution was non cooperative and prosecutors changed many times, but the vision and end goal stayed consistent. I cannot stress enough on how they are THE BEST and right choice for your legal needs and you can trust them with your life.
