All previous reviews are FULLY justified. Our small business received an invoice for £9,000 for GAS. On the phone they gave me the in person readings they had which were completely different to the invoice but seemed correct, making the monthly payments of around £150.00. I offered to pay £200.00 for that months gas while the invoice dispute was on going. Over a month later, 8 emails detailing all of the above an no response. I have had however, 3 to 4 calls a week asking for more money, stating i have missed my weekly payment plan??? never offered and never agreed to. you breakdown your readings over time to calculate your daily usage and service team don't understand the meter readings so speak to Billing. O but you can over the phone. no emails work. the ones that dont bounce back never respond. Same voice that calls each time but with a different name. finally got transferred to Billing and payment, the lady said give me on second. 3 minutes later nothing but loud music, laughing and talking in the back ground. They will also call on weekend. Horrific!! No Liam I will not leave my account number on here. Even today I provided a dated photo of our reading before we started showing yiur estimate was off and lower by 2500 units and still Valda are standing by it. how can it be less 2500 units. Disgusting service, my bill was consistently £35-45 a month, then they estimated £1200 and took it from my bank with no notification. No need for estimate as I have a smart meter installed by them!! Still fighting to get my money back, call center operatives lie to you & tell you they will sort it that day, but never do. If you value a good service, stay away from Valda. 187108

AVOID!! please do your research before joining and getting into a contract like we did! We have had nothing but stress!! Thousands of money lost! The rates we are paying for our small business is more than 3xs than other local small businesses!! Unprofessional and rude! I get phones called almost daily from Valda demanding money! The list is endless! The stress we have endured throwing Valda energy has been horrific!! Iv rang asked for our tariff to be changed to suit our area and other businesses! Told No! Nothing! We signed up with Valda through a third party who was very good at selling the services to us! Only after a few months in we was receiving bills of thousands!!! This year alone 5 months we have paid over £3000! I could go on and on!! AVOID!!!!!
