I run the payroll for my company - we have contractors - not W2 employees. Once the integration with Gusto happened and the New Year hit, Vagaro has been unable to permanently fix our payroll issue. I need to run payroll every week and every week I am blocked saying I need info required for employees even though our profile had been set up with just contractors. Literally since February, they have been unable to permanently fix the problem. This has been literally every week lately that I've had to reach out to them to fix the problem so I can get our contractors paid. IF YOU ARE COMPANY THAT ONLY HAS CONTRACTORS, USE SOMEONE ELSE.
