EDIT: My nails chipped after 4 days. Hasn't even been a week and multiple of them have peeled off. This was really upsetting as they didn't make it through my vacation. I went back and they fixed a few of my nails for free but they still chipped the next day. This spa smelled SO good! I just came here to get a gel manicure, but it had so much more. They accepted my groupon and did try and upsell me a bit but weren't pushy when I said no. The staff was very friendly and I'm happy with my nails. Only note is they didn't have a book of colors to choose from like I'm used to so maybe come in with an inspo pic of what you want.

Overpriced, rude, and disrespectful. Came in for a haircut and style - but they only just did a cut. Every person that has ever cut my hair always asked to confirm/discuss the haircut style. This person did not ask, so I assumed he had a style in mind - because again I came in for a haircut and style that costs $100+. I was dissatisfied when the end result was literally a haircut removing the 6 inches. And when I asked him what kind of styling he did - he said in a very condescending tone: “I cut hair, I am not a magician.” So I asked him, then why didn’t he ask me what styling I might have wanted besides cutting the 6 inches off? His response was: “Well, you didn’t tell me.” I’ve had better experiences elsewhere. My haircut and “style” cost me $130 (including tip - yes I still tipped because I understand everyone is just trying to make a living). The person at the desk apologized and gave me a discount for a future spa service, but I don’t think I’ll be back. Please don’t waste your money. Just go elsewhere for your hair services.

I had such a wonderful experience with Maritza. Loved my gel manicure and classic French pedicure. She took great care to make sure my pedicure did not get ruined and even customized my nail color to match. It’s so hard to find great service in NYC, but you will find it here. Was treated with so much kindness and care.
